Smoked Salmon Salad

Serves 1 (snack or meal side)

  • 60g Smoked Salmon
  • Salad of your choice from Allowable vegetables list (think lettuce, capsicum, tomato, celery, cucumber etc.)
  • Greek Fat Free Dressing (15ml)
  • 25g Low Fat Feta Cheese
  • 5g Almonds
  1. Combine the salad leaves, almonds, smoked salmon and feta cheese in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with Greek Fat Free Dressing and serve as an allowable snack or balanced meal side.

Hi Rachael I think you can have 2 slices of lean meat like ham, turkey or chicken
