Raw Tuna with Soy and Sesame

Serves 1 (as a snack)

  • 80g raw sashimi-grade yellowfin tuna
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce 
  • 12 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 12 bird’s-eye chilli, deseeded and diced
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, torn
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds, toasted
  1. Arrange tuna on a plate, splash with soy and fish sauces and stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Garnish with chilli, coriander and sesame oil and seeds.
