Whoo - hot!. I cooked this up today, didn't have quite enough mushrooms and no tumeric (used dry mustard instead). Enough for 3 snacks and had one this afternoon. Chilli sure is going to beet up the metabolism today. I can just feel the fat melting away (lol). Think I just might go and have a couple of slices of cucumber. Might be better cold.

Amazing! Just had this for my dinner with a little haloumi cheese and raw spinach salad. I'm a vegetarian and this was delicious and filling. I'm in day 3 of the CS Rapid phase. Looking forward to seeing how I've done by next Friday. I'm feeling great and have more energy. It's great not feeling like I need an afternoon nana nap. So far so good.

Certainly Heidi! This recipe serves 4 snacks so 1/4 of the recipe could be eaten as one of your daily snacks. Alternatively, these yummy mushies can be eaten as an addition to a main meal (like how Jewels861 had hers with rump steak and salad). Enjoy!

Can a quarter of this be classed as one of your snack serves for the day?

My girlfriend is allergic to mushrooms, so we tried a similar recipe with carrots. I had to cover them for a bit to soften them up, but they came out really nice.
