  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Really great. Had mine on "cauliflower rice" (shredded raw cauliflower popped in the microwave for 1 minute) and my boyfriend had his on regular rice. So yum, my boyfriend went back for seconds! I also didn't have sesame oil so used olive oil was fine!

We had this last night and it was sensational. Yet again it was loved by the whole family. I really think that it is great that the recipes are things that the whole family can enjoy. It is too difficult when you have have to cook separate meals each night. The added bonus is that you are also teaching the whole family how to eat healthily and with flavour!!! Thanks Celebrity Slim :)
