I have started the rapid shake diet 3 days ago, but have found they arent keeping me very full for long, and when I say not for long, I mean they only keep me full for about 30 minutes - like a cup of tea or coffee would. Does anyone have some advice here? I am sort of pushing through the hunger but maybe I am doing something wrong?
I do 1 cup of trim milk + the 2 scoops of the shake powder.
