What to do if you slip up

Let's face it, it's almost impossible to stay on any diet or eating plan for an extended period and not slip up sometimes. It's normal, and it's not the end of the world. But if you're serious about reaching your goal weight, it's what you do after you slip up that's important.

The sooner you get back on to the Celebrity Slim Program, the sooner you'll go back to controlling your weight. If you can stay on track 95% of the time, you will achieve great results.

Tip: If you slip up on your diet on 1 or 2 days, try and get straight back on it. Statistics show that if you delay going back on your diet longer than about 3-4 days, you are more likely to abandon your diet altogether, and gain back all of the weight that you have lost.

Made a great start on the programme bu unfortunately the passing of my mum and some other tricky moments sent me off track for a few weeks (tho I still wasn't as "off course" as I could have been). My weight went up and down for a few weeks as I tried to maintain CS focus, but it was hard. All the while tho' , I told myself that if it wasn't for CS, I'd be bigger than when I first started the programme; even tho there was a little voice inside saying, "just stop, it's too hard, you're meant to be this weight now", there was another part of me gritting my teeth and just hanging in there. Anyway, am back on track properly this week and am so happy to say that I've finally broken through the stage I was at when my mum passed. So, so thrilled that I stuck it out :) :)

easter has to be one of the worst times of the year! YES! i ate chocolate, but, I still have a lot left. This time last year, it would be disappeared within a day! After 4 days on the long weekend, I'm ready to get back on the horse! :D

I have lost 8kgs so far on Celeb-slim....so I am a convert! Still have another 8kg to go for my healthy weight...that is hard...but I'm not giving up!

Been on the CS Rapid program for a week and a half. First week was a disaster too many chrissy drinks with snacks so far this week have made good food choices while still attending christmas celebrations............feeling good and hoping the scales tell me a loss this Tuesday. Tough time of the year to be attempting to change our eating habits but I have no choice have 30 kg to lose. Have tried to lose by changing meal size and making better choices but failed so I'm hoping CS will get me oer the hump and on the road to successful weight loss. Here's to our success stories coming up!!!!! Stick with it

I only need to look at food not on my list and I gain weight, very slow going, I only eat fruit and vegetables most of the time with the occasional fish fillet. I struggle to eat six times a day.

I know how you feel! This time of year is very difficult to keep on a new eating pattern - I think it's all about willpower and staying focused!

i slipped up last week too much booze and snacks at xmas party gain of 1.5 kg get back on the horse aagian this time of year is hard
