Weigh and Measure Yourself

  1. Tracking your weight and measurements is essential to keep you focused to meet your target.
  2. Try not to weigh and measure yourself every day; once a week is a good idea.
  3. We recommend that you take weekly measurements of your arms, thighs, hips, waist and chest, as this is another excellent way of tracking your results other than on the scales. Sometimes your results can show up in surprising ways!
  4. Weigh and measure yourself first thing in the morning and at the same time each week.
  5. Try to weigh yourself on the same set of scales each time.

@cj5 I have tried them a few days now and they're alright. obviously you can get stronger diet pills but they aren't very safe. I've heard of this amazing one that everyone recommends called proactol. Burns 15% of the fat content of everything you eat - clinically proven. and it's supposed to suppress your appetite really well. only thing is it's super expensive. but i'm a student so i'm looking at it from my POV. you should check it out though. I tend to take the CS tablets at dinner time every day because I find it actually really easy to keep to a healthy diet - the ONLY thing that gets me EVER SINGLE TIME is NIGHT SNACKING. ARRRHHHH. I just get suuuuper bad sweet cravings at night and go and binge on mountains of fatty and sugary snacks. and it has helped with that

@coaster64 no they don't but they should do that. it would also be a good motivational tool. and put it in a graph. or a simulated person. maybe i'll find a way to write to them and recommend it. there must be a contact email somewhere

hey has anyone tried the fat burner tabs with iron n calcium?or the fat burner forte ones?just wonderin if they work?:-)

I'm at end of first week, I was thinking i was kidding myself i want to loose 30kg really should be 45kg but i have NEVER been that skinny even as a very active teenager. I have just finished first week and down 4.2kg. Family are loving the recipes i have cooked so far although the pies, the kids had for lunch yesterday almost did me in :).

Wpw!!! great stuff. I'm on my first week and loving every little bit of it. I've lost 1.6kgs on my first week and i get major hunger pains and start eating almonds. Hoping that it wont effect my good results

wow that is impressive Im now on my fourth week and have only lost 4.7kgs. How much weight are you trying to lose i was 73.9kg my current weight is 69.2kgs and i would like to get down to 60kgs. How have you been doing so well. Chloe

So far I have found the celebrity Slim easy, I am now onto my fourth week and having some hunger pains; been really strong though. My meals have consisted of shake for breakfast half apple for snack small tin of tuna and salad, snack other half of apple, then celebrity soup for dinner, snack at night is either 30gm cheese boiled egg or some nuts - weight loss to date 8.3kgs.
