Cajun

Cajun is a rich blend of chilli powder, herbs and spices, is perfect with chicken, steak or salmon. You can either mix with a little oil and use to marinade whole or sliced chicken breasts before cooking or Sprinkle over chicken breasts towards the end of cooking. Cajun spices are delicious on steak, salmon and roasts.

Piri Piri

Piri Piri seasoning is a hot and spicy Portuguese blend with crushed chillies, spices and citrus peel. It is ideal for adding mouthwatering flavour and chilli heat to chicken, prawns and fish. Mix with a little lemon juice and olive oil to create a marinade for chicken, prawns, steak or pork or you can sprinkle over chicken or salmon towards the end of cooking.

Steak House Pepper

Steakhouse Pepper contains pepper, onion, garlic and chillies, brings out the flavour of a good steak and adds interest to a plain hamburger. Steak House Pepper can be sprinkled over steak, pork or chicken breasts towards the end of cooking or can be added to grilled or sautéed mushrooms.

All of the seasonings mentioned are suitable for vegetarians.

I use chinese 5 spice powder, this is really nice sprinkled on chicken - or use as a marinade with soy sauce - really yummy on pork.
