Remove Temptations

  • Clean out your pantry and fridge to remove temptations. Get rid of pastas, rice, biscuits, bread, cakes, lollies, chocolates, ice cream, soft drinks and juices along with any other carbohydrate rich, processed foods.
  • Restock your pantry and fridge with fresh allowable whole foods - refer to our Celebrity Slim Program Guide for a comprehensive list or view our Friendly Foods list online here.
  • If you live with others, section off part of the fridge and pantry for your supplies of food.
  • During your first few weeks on the program, don't plan to go out too much until you are used to your diet. If you do eat out, make this your one balanced meal, but stick to the balanced meal guidelines.
  • If you are heading off to a party, prepare a plate of sliced up colourful vegies and dip. Your host will probably appreciate it and you have a great alternative to less healthy choices.

i started this shake and on the first few day i got stomach aches i wasn't sure y?

This can be difficult with young kids as there always tends to be something around that I should not have!!!

omg i got that too! so weird! it's only the first day though. been a week on this program and no problems

I started the programme today. I had this bad headache all day but is gone now. I drank lots of water, is it normal to get headache when just starting the programme??
