I am on week two, I lost 2.1kg last week so feeling very positive. Whole family behind me ,trying out new recipes it's a bit like a Cook show here at the moment. I'm enjoying the shakes and not finding that I'm hungry between meals. Keep on posting everyone I'm enjoying reading your comments.

I started the CS Rapid Phase yesterday, I got the café latte flavour as one of biggest vices was Big M Iced Coffees....these have been a great replacement and I lost 1.5kg overnight. I noticed the headache but I found that simple 15 minute walk and water seems to nullify the problem for me. I hope everyone succeeds with this program as it has me quite motivated and feeling great about myself :)

I'm doing the 2 shakes per day, 3 small snacks and one healthy meal diet. Only on day two and I'm feeling good after my shakes (I'm surprised I actually like them. I'm having them with almond milk and a small scoop of chia seeds) but once the shake wears off I'm hungry so I've been trying to drink heaps and snack on almonds/apples/oranges as well. Hoping that I stick at it! Don't see why I won't.

What phase of the program are you following, Peacock55? The trick here is to be drinking water regularly throughout the day. If you start to feel peckish, have a glass of water. Often, our bodies mistaken the feeling of thirst for hunger. You shouldn't be going hungry between meals or snacks, because our shakes are designed to keep you nice and full. It may be that your body is adjusting to this new way of eating, and perhaps you are used to grazing on food more regularly. If you are truly hungry, you can enjoy up to 3 snacks between meals on the Trim and Maintain Phase. The Rapid Phase doesn't include snacks (because you're having 3 Rapid shakes per day). But, remember that the quantity of vegetables you can enjoy on the program is generally unlimited (unless we state "in moderation"). So that means you can happily snack on things like chopped celery sticks, snow peas, capsicum, green beans etc. to tide you over between meals, without heavily impacting your overall daily calorie intake. Chop them up, put them in a tupperware container and have them on hand for when you are feeling peckish and tempted to reach for something you shouldn't. You are also allowed up to 3 cups of tea or coffee each day (with a dash of milk - use artificial sweetener instead of sugar), so why not enjoy one of these between your shakes/meals. Good luck!

I find when I have had a shake I feel full but 20 mins later I'm starving what am I doing wrong as everyone else is saying they are full don't get it

Soo tomorrow is my very first day of starting this, I'm excited to start as I've tried so many other diet things and they haven't worked, but was told to try this one from my mate, wanting to become a lot slimer so I can start a family with my fiancé and look good in the wedding dress.

MallyT-im with you breaking point is just around the corner-but yoy know what I hopped on the scales the other day 700g away from 100kg and my husbands turns and says to me"Babe that's one Century you don't want to make"what can we do to get you motivated again-That was my lightbulb moment and so here I am and determined to be fit and Fab before im forty. MallyT we can do this-we can do it for ourselves,to find ourselves again and regain our life-So keep at will be fine

Iv tried so many diets & I'm now at breaking point, I need some help to lose it, iv never been a big girl but now when I look in the mirror I feel terrible. Iv only just signed up but I am hopeful I can lose some this time reading some ov the results other people have had. Fingers crossed :)

I am on day 2 of rapid and wanting quick results for this week! But I love chocolate so much it's so hard not to eat ! Scales say I've lost 1kg over the first day. Hope the rest comes off that quick!

I started cs for the 1st time on monday aswell im following the rapid phase I really hope it works coz ive tried everything and im only 20 so if I dont get on top of my weight now ill never be able to do it

Hi. Started CS on Monday. Have tried it before and it worked !! is hard coz I luv my food ( as we all do ) but its not that bad. Depends on how serious you are about losing the weight I guess. I have quit smoking about 2 months ago and I've got past that so can't be too hard this time, surely.

I work in fast food at a place called noodle box and I started today and I work there daily so will be a mental struggle to try and stick with the diet and any ideas what I should eat for dinner as iam always at work at dinner time

keep up with the water for the headaches to help your body detox and process the waste products of the fat metabolisim. They take about 2wks to completly go. ive been on the program on and off for about 18months and the water is just as important as watching portion sizes of snacks and meals and having the shakes/bars/soups.

this is day 14 for me now. and as you get further into it, the cravings do start to go. plus as you start to see the weight fall of it like this weight is lifted off you and and it motivation to keep going cause you like what you see. hang in there its does get better :-)

i love celebrity stomach is constantly full.i am eating more now than i ever did as i have my snacks.i also make my shake with 500m of water with fibre added.would have 3 shakes a day but my body cant hack it.(constipation)

I love that this program encourges people to have protien. To many diets cut this out as well, and as a result people loose muscle tone and you want muscle in your body. Not only does it burn more calories, it makes you look so much nicer! xx
