Look Forward to Snacks

  1. When you're on a diet it's great to have meals and snacks you can look forward to rather than dreading.
  2. Pick out your favourite allowable foods in the Celebrity Slim Program Guide and get creative. Combine foods, add spices, seasonings or present them in different ways. For example, instead of just eating an apple, make a fruit salad with allowable fruits and nuts then serve with a dob of natural yogurt.
  3. If you like certain nuts buy them individually and then combine them into your own special nut mix.
  4. Incorporate a protein source in your snack (e.g. cheese or yogurt) to make your snacks more satisfying.
