Keep Hydrated

  1. It is very important to drink at least 8 glasses (2 litres) of water a day. Celebrity Slim encourages you to drink at least 2 litres of water each day.
  2. Often dehydration is misinterpreted as hunger when you are on a weight loss program. When you feel hungry, have a glass of water and then decide whether you are still hungry or not.
  3. It's important to drink water to flush out toxins your body is breaking down as you lose weight.
  4. Fill up water 4 x 500ml water bottles in the morning and leave them around your house, in your car, at work and aim to finish them by the end of the day.
  5. All types of water are suitable, including plain, spring, sparkling and mineral water. Try adding ice or a slice of lemon to your water to make it more refreshing and delicious.

upon starting my weight loss it was difficult to drink 2Lt of water every day. As I was having headaches for the first few days I started to ensure I was drinking enough which really helped with the headaches, 3 weeks in and I have not had any more headaches.

i tried the rapid diet yesterday to see if i can handle doing it and omg the amount of times i needed to pee was ridiculous, i was at work so a couple of times i had to get someone to relieve me so i could go haha but i wasnt feeling as hungry as i thought i would :) i suppose the constant peeing does help flush everything out.

I've got a pump drink bottle, and I drink 3 x bottles (refilling with tap water) each day. Particularly good when watching tv, or times when I absentmindedly snack. I sip it throughout the day and scull it when I am at the gym (I can get through 2 lots at the gym) and so I am not peeing all day.

Omg I've never pee this often in my life!!! I'm totally bloated and feel like in going to vomit every time I have a glass of water. Am I drinking too much for my body?

yeah this diet makes me pee soooooooo much. like 10-20 times a day NO JOKE. i already was quite a frequent peeer so i even went to get checked out for diabetes. nope. it's just my weird bladder haha! water is so great for filling you up though. if i feel hungry I'll have a glass of water and i'll feel full. tada!

lol @ marl43... I totally agree.. feels like im preggers again with how much i have to pee.. But it works a treat to get rid of the toxins :))
