Finding it hard to cut carbs out of your meals? We know that lots of family favourite meals tend to include high-carb components like rice, pasta, mashed and potatoes. For many of us it can be extremely difficult cutting down on these high carb foods.

Hi Guys Try a bed of uncooked Kale under a low fat pasta sauce. Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese and dried chilly flakes for some heat. The Kale softens under the heat of the sauce and it becomes very moreish.
