Eating at work

If you need to eat meals at work, The Celebrity Slim Program meal replacements make it easy. Take a shake or meal bar for your lunch; but it's best to pre-prepare your mid-morning and afternoon snacks so that you're not caught short, get hungry, then get tempted by the office biscuit supply or a chocolate bar from the vending machine.

Cutiepie and Melody89 I read in other places that the gassy feeling subsides after a couple of days itd just your body having to rid of the toxins etc and bei g used to the added water and stuff.

Today is my 2nd day of my rapid weight loss with 3 shakes replacement meal in a day as per instruction with a balanced meal for dinner, exercise and 2 litres of water. I am experiencing gassy tummy and bloated. Is this what I should expect? please advise.

Hey Guys the other things I find is to plan the snacks and meals for the whole week with a meal planner. I use Shop n Cook and it converts my meals to a menu and a shopping list and then when I go to do my groceries I only buy what is on the list and walk straight past the confectionary and chip isles.

I find one of the most important things about eating at work is the planning. I plan all my meals on the way home in the car the night before. I start with lunch (because sometimes it needs to be my balanced meal) and then I think about what snacks I'd like to take. This helps the next morning too.
