Where do I start?
If you are new to Celebrity Slim, you can start on any of the three phases, depending on your goal. If you are looking for rapid results and willing to include some exercise, start on Celebrity Slim Rapid. If you are more focused on longer-term sustainable weight loss, start out on the Trim phase. The Trim Phase provides the most effective long-term results. If you want to simply maintain your weight, improve your health or need to achieve moderate results, skip straight to the Maintain Phase. This Phase fits comfortably into a busy lifestyle.
How much weight can I expect to lose?
It is difficult to predict how much weight each individual can expect to lose, as there are many different variables that can affect the outcome. These variables include your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), exercise, previous eating habits, and how well you stick to the Program!
However, on average our customers lose 1-3kg in the first week and 0.5-1kg per week ongoing. This is a safe and steady rate of weight loss which will ensure you don't put the weight back on later. Some people will achieve much better results than this, whilst some people may find their progress slower. If you are incorporating exercise, you will likely see improved results.
Adjust your plan to suit your lifestyle
Remember, the Celebrity Slim program is flexible so you can swap meals around to suit your daily schedule. For example, if you're invited out to lunch, simply enjoy your healthy balanced meal for lunch that day (check out our tips for making healthy choices when eating out!) and have your shake for dinner instead. It's completely fine to switch around when you have your healthy balanced meal each day. In fact, varying your routine regularly can help rev up your metabolism and prevent a weight loss plateau, because it stops your body from getting used to the same routine day-in-day-out.
Celebrity Slim Rapid is the kick-start phase of the Celebrity Slim Program, designed to be used for the first week (or two, or longer if you prefer). Rapid has been formulated to eliminate cravings, kick start weight loss and get you motivated for the 'Trim' phase. For nutritional information, check out the Rapid shakes range.
The Celebrity Slim Rapid phase has been devised to reduce carbohydrates from the diet and encourages rapid weight loss by forcing the body to burn primarily fat instead of glucose (sugar) for energy.

- Decline in cravings for refined carbs and sugary treats.
On the Trim Phase, simply replace 2 meals each day with delicious Celebrity Slim shakes, soups or bars, eat 1 healthy balanced meal and snack up to 3 times on a variety of yummy, allowable foods between meals. Drinking lots of water is also very important, so we recommend at least 2 litres per day. The Celebrity Slim Trim Phase is our regular program, designed with longer term use in mind. Many people find Trim to be the most enjoyable phase of the program, because it's so flexible, offers the most variety of Celebrity Slim meals and snacks to choose from and is easy to stick to.
On our Maintain Phase, you can choose to stop using Celebrity Slim meal replacements altogether or cut back to just 1 Celebrity Slim Shake, Bar or Soup, alongside 2 healthy balanced meals and 3 healthy snacks. But beware - if at this stage you were to go back to eating a carbohydrate rich diet, you would probably regain much of the weight and fat you have lost.
Once you've reached your goal weight, our Maintain Phase will help ease you back into a healthy lifestyle routine designed to help you sustain your weight loss results in the long run. The great thing about the Maintenance Phase, you will find, is that because you are still following the basic program guidelines, you will continue to lose weight.
Many people find that they enjoy having some extra food alternatives and choose to move between the Trim phase and Maintain phase to keep things interesting. It is a great way to stay on track too, because you can eat some of the foods that you enjoy without having to worry about gaining on the scales.
